A "clap offering" is not in the Bible, yet some churches encourage it during their "worship" services. I suppose, like the widow’s mite, you might participate if that’s all you can afford, but that doesn’t help feed the poor or heal the sick or visit those in prison. While it may feel good at the time, that feeling wears off and the need continues. Nothing is changed.
Apply the same exhuberance when reaching into your wallet as you do banging your hands together. One makes noise. The other makes a difference.

"Whoever has my commandments and keeps them, he it is who loves me. And he who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him and manifest myself to him." (John 14:21, ESV)
If Yeshuah said we are to keep His commandments, obey the law, why then do so many preachers tell us the law has been abolished?
Doesn’t that make them false teachers?
Yeshua didn’t keep the law so you don’t have to. He kept the law because the Father says we should. It doesn’t save us, but according to the scriptures, it does reveal who loves the Lord, doesn’t it?

I got a tattoo instead.
